Meet the Characters

Talia is the oldest of the four girls. She was born with water powers unlike her sister Violet who was born with fire. Being the oldest she is first in line to the throne. Talia is passionate and caring. Her passions are swimming and diving into the deep blue. She grew up in the realm of Oceania. Her lifestyle there was very different compared to that of Arbor's. In Oceania she lived a happy life with her parents and her three sisters. Now a war has started against Baladan and she will struggle. But will she survive?

Maya is the second oldest in the Dyanos's family. She was originally born in Arbor, the realm of life. She was a daughter of one of the kings and queens but had to leave her life behind and her family as she fled from her old life and into anew. The first time she met the Dyanos's she felt overwhelmed with joy to finally stop running. Though she is happy she still feels as though a piece of her is still missing. Maya is the leader of the girls, she leads with passion and love and when faced with a problem she will try with all her might to fix it.

Skyra is the adopted sister of Maya, Violet and Talia. Skyra is very humorous and energetic. There is never a dull moment with her around. Though she back-chats a lot and always wants her way. Skyra can be ignorant at times and clueless as well as self-absorbed.

Skyra is a very important character in this book and personally she binds the whole story together, without her I don't think there would be a story at all.

Violet, the youngest is very shy and quiet. Throughout the book we don't really hear much that she has to say. She usually keeps these thoughts to herself, but she remains a big character in this book. Violet would much rather sit in the library reading a good book. Violet will learn to love, fight and to treasure the people around her.
